Brew-U is a comprehensive 3-hour course targeting the budding homebrewer and those desiring to learn about the brewing process. The course will be taught by our highly-knowledgeable brewing staff and will cover: Brewing Basics, Yeast and Fermentation Effects, Style Guidelines, and Ingredient Selection.

Graduates of the course will receive a diploma and will be entitled to Happy Hour pricing for the remainder of 2013.
