Year-long Flagship Ales

• Hoppy Boy IPA – Twisted Pine’s Flagship Ale. Hoppy Boy India Pale Ale is loaded with hops (65 IBU!) yet perfectly balanced with a malty sweetness, a treat for any IPA lover.

• Billy’s Chilies – Our unfiltered wheat beer infused with fresh Habanero, Jalapeno, Anaheim, Fresno, and Serrano chilies.

• Raspberry Wheat Ale – Our unfiltered Rocky Mountain American Wheat with all natural raspberry flavors for a subtle, yet distinct taste.

• Espresso Stout – 2012 GABF Bronze Medal and a favorite of many coffee-loving beer drinkers, this stout boasts about a shot of Unseen Bean Organic Peruvian espresso in every 16 ounces.

• Cream Style Stout – A creamy stout brewed with several specialty malts combined with 10% roasted barley, giving it a perfect balance of sweetness and roasty-ness. The aroma has a rich toasted malt scent with deep coffee and toffee flavors to follow.

• American Amber Ale – 1996 Great American Beer Festival Gold Medal winnder. This amber is medium bodied with good hop character. The aroma is moderately hoppy, moderately malty, and lightly yeasty.

• Honey Brown Ale – This 1998 and 2000 Colorado State fair Gold Medal and 2000 Great American Beer Festival Bronze Medal winning brown ale is a very enjoyable brew with a chocolaty nose and a light front, with a little fruit and some coffee in the second half and finish. Made with Colorado wildflower honey.

• Blonde Ale – A clean crisp German-style ple ale. Common to the Cologne area of Germany, our Blonde Ale is brewed in the tradition of Kolsch beers found in that region. This beer has a fantastic nose with hints of apricots and peaches.

Seasonal Specials:

• Ghost Face Killah – The hottest beer this side of Hell is back! Made with six fresh peppers, including the infamous 1.1 million scoville Bhut Jolokia. Yes, it’s a weaponized beer. Available in 12 oz bottles only.

• Northstar Imperial Porter – Our award-winning Baltic-style porter. 9% ABV, 30 IBU.

• Noel Tripel – A golden Belgian with spice-scented hop characteristics. 9% ABV, 35 IBU.

• Bloody Billy’s – Billy’s Chilis blended with tomato juice, our very own Bloody Mary!

• Poison Fish – A medium-bodied ale brewed with ginger, wasabi, and horseradish root. 5.5% ABV, 30 IBU

• Red Mountain Ale – A Scottish-style red ale. 6% ABV, 25 IBU

• Modern Day Pineer – A pumpkin ale brewed with real pumpkin, spices, Pilgrim and Columbus hops.

• Razzy Xpress – Our most popular beer cocktail, a 50/50 blend of Raspberry Wheat Ale and Espresso Stout.

• Hoppy Knight IPA – This India Black Ale was originally brewed in 2010 as a one-time release for our 15th anniversary as tribute to Twisted Pine founder Gordon Knight, but rave reviews and raging demand forced us to reconsider and ultimately decide to offer this customer (and staff) favorite full-time. Cascadian hops lend a citrusy bitterness, while German Carafa Malt give this beer its dark color and distinctive roasty notes. 7.5%ABV – 85IBU
